How should I prepare for my mobile service appointment?
For DNA Testing: Oral Testing: Do not eat or drink (except water) for 15-30 minutes prior. Avoid smoking, vaping, chewing gum or candy for 15-30 minutes. Do not brush teeth right before testing (wait 30 minutes). Rinse mouth with water only.
Bring valid photo identification for legal and court-admissible testing.
For Drug Testing (DOT & NON-DOT Urine):
Bring valid Identification for testing.
Urine Testing: Come and arrive hydrated (do not overdrink).
Oral Testing: No food, drink, smoking, gum, or candy 10-15 minutes prior; rinse mouth with water only if needed, then wait 10-15 minutes before testing.
Bring valid photo identification.
Hair Testing: Make sure hair is clean and dry, and avoid gels, oils, or sprays.
Clients taking prescribed medications may be asked to provide documentation if required by employer, court, or lab reviewer.
